Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Greater Toronto Area is equipped with two fully automated Biesse CNC lines, a HOMAG edgebander with return conveyor, a Gannomat dowel machine, a professional spray booth featuring Kremlin spray equipment, and precision Festool tools. By combining advanced manufacturing technology, carefully selected Canadian materials, and expert craftsmanship, we deliver cabinetry with exceptional precision, consistency, and lasting durability.

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with two fully automated 5' × 12' Biesse CNC lines, delivering exceptional accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This advanced technology allows us to precisely machine cabinet components while maintaining the high standards of quality that define Modello.
HOMAG Edgebander
Our HOMAG edgebander, equipped with a return conveyor, delivers precise and consistent edge finishing. This advanced system helps us achieve clean, refined edges while streamlining production and maintaining exceptional quality across our cabinetry.
Ganomat Dowel Machine

20,000 Square Ft. Facility
Our 20,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Greater Toronto Area is equipped with advanced machinery, streamlined production areas, and four loading docks. Operating across two production shifts, our dedicated in-house team ensures efficient manufacturing and fast, reliable turnaround times without compromising the precision, consistency, and exceptional quality that define Modello.
